Order will be started to proceed after receiving payment.

DELIVERY
You are welcome to choose delivery among Latvian Post, Omniva, UPS or pick-up your order at Telmas Botanica studio (Riga, Smerla str. 3)
Delivery expenditures starts from 3,00 EUR and up, except pick-up at studio

Finished products are delivered within 1-3 working days in Latvia.
European Union - 7-14 working days.
All other countries 7-45 working days. 

Custom fees and other expenditures on receiving stage is buyers responsibility.
Additional time should be taken into account for custom order.

You can send back product within 14 days (unused, undamaged) and purchased on regular conditions. Custom order products we do not accept. 
Return of payment or change of product will proceed after receiving and evaluating product. Payment or product change will be disscussed seperately ([email protected])
